Who Trains in Cuong Nhu?
Cuong Nhu students and instructors are a diverse and fun group. We come together from all different walks of life to share a common goal... to become the best martial artists we can, and enjoy the process along the way! We range in age from 5 to over 65, come in all shapes and sizes, and with all levels of physical ability.

What is Cuong Nhu?
Cuong Nhu is Vietnamese for "hard soft", and is a blend of 7 different hard and soft style martial arts including Shotokan, Judo, Aikido, Wing Chun, Vovinam, Tai Chi, and Boxing which has been taught in the United States since 1971. Students learn punching and kicking techniques, self-defense, and ground fighting techniques (mat work). Sparring and weapons training are available for advanced students.
