Kickboxing workout at the Dojo

Monday 5:30 - 6:30pm

Come join us for some sweating and smiling. You can burn up to 600 calories in just one hour. You don’t have to be in expert fitness shape to get started, anyone can enjoy this awesome workout. It will just get better over time as you increase your physical strength and endurance.
We start with a shadow boxing warm-up and jump rope session. The class is divided into 14-15 segments consisting of three minutes of exercise and one minute of rest with a musical background. It’s a combination of kick box training, calisthenics, plyometric and cardiovascular exercises.
Attire is informal; most students wear a t-shirt and shorts or pants comfortable enough for energetic movement and kicking. The cost can’t be beat. Current Sung Ming Shu students are free and for the public only $5 a class with no contract. So come on out and make the most of what you’ve got.
